About Me

I am a construction cost consultant and project manager with over 40 years of experience working in the construction industry.

I am RICS qualified in Quantity Surveying, attaining the Late JW Summers Award for outstanding achievement in the RICS professional examinations in 1984 which was presented to me by Geoffrey Townsend the President of the RICS.

I am a formally qualified Project Manager attaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Project Management in 2016.
