Project Management
I specialise in providing a Construction Management service which replaces the traditional main contractor procurement process. The benefits to my clients are they have direct control of all works package contractors and substantial cost savings are made as there is no main contractor’s margin. This service has proven to be very popular with clients who prefer to be involved in the whole construction process and where project cost is of paramount importance.
I also provide a traditional project management service and I’m often appointed as the named Quantity Surveyor, Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent in building contracts.
I closely follow the procedures in the PMBOK Guide to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
